I am looking forward to Veterans Day, the Spring weather that allows me to get out into my flower beds. This is also a great time to celebrate two national awards I received which are Aster Award and Emmy! Here in the downtown area there is always a buzz of activity. We are here to provide all your insurance needs especially if you live, work and play downtown like I do! I live on Mud Island so I am close to work and engaged in many downtown functions. I start my day with an early walk on the Mississippi River at 6:30 am followed with weight bearing exercises.

At my office we provide auto, life, health, homeowners, renters, business, and financial service products. Velma, Zena, Stephanie and I are always available during business hours. My office is available 24 hours after hour service.

I am a native Memphian and graduate of the University of Memphis. I tell my friends I grew up in the Marine Corps and matured as a Green Beret after enlisting in the Army. I served in Vietnam with them. Eleven years of military service was followed by a career as a Secret Service Agent. After 24 years of service I took a early retirement and became a State Farm Agent in 1984. I continued to serve my community once as Memphis City Councilman, Leadership Memphis Board of Dir., YMCA Board of Dir., Veterans Of Foreign Wars National Board of Dir.. Past Tennessee State Commander Veterans of Foreign Wars. Currently on The Memphis-Shelby Crime Commission Board of Dir. and Advisory Council Memphis Veterans Hospital. My only other claim to fame is my fight with Muhammad Ali for the 1960 Olympic Team. He won and went to jail and I went to Vietnam! Check out Facebook "The Green Beret Who Fought Muhammad Ali"
